Delete your account

You can delete your account from Settings when you are signed in. If you cannot sign in, email support and include the email address on the account.

Sign in, open Settings, scroll to the Danger Zone, and choose Delete My Account. The in-app flow permanently removes your account and personal account data.

If you no longer have access to your account, send us a deletion request. We may ask for reasonable details to confirm account ownership before deleting data.

What deletion means

Your profile, saved trials, AI matches, share links, notifications, and account access are removed.
De-identified trial tracker insights may remain for aggregate reporting.
